Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery
Our team is highly skilled and experienced in performing a wide variety of pet surgeries using modern techniques, cutting-edge equipment, and always adhering to the highest safety and care standards. In addition to soft tissue surgeries, we also perform advanced orthopedic surgeries such as Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomies (TPLO). You can feel confident that your loved one will be in excellent hands with our team.
Dental hygiene is one of the most fundamental components of your pet’s health. The bacteria from dental disease can travel in the blood and cause serious issues to vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys. Our team provides the highest standard of dental care by taking full mouth radiographs on every patient receiving a dental cleaning to assess the teeth in their entirety. As with our surgical procedures, we use advanced anesthetic agents and monitors to ensure the procedure is as safe as possible.
We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostics to help us determine your pet’s health and provide an accurate diagnosis. A quicker diagnosis leads to faster treatment. We perform diagnostic testing in-house and submit test samples to several outside laboratories to rapidly and accurately offer results. Our diagnostics include x-rays, ultrasounds, blood work, urine, fecal testing, allergy testing, electrocardiograms, and more!
We currently have the most advanced class of laser on the market today. Laser therapy is a safe and painless modality that is used to treat a variety of conditions and injuries such as arthritis, intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), inflamed skin (i.e., chronic ear infections, allergic skin), post-surgeries and dental extractions, inflammation of the bladder, and more! Laser therapy is the only current modality that actually stimulates the body to heal from within (a term called biostimulation). Laser therapy works by increasing blood flow, which brings more oxygen to the cells. The oxygen is then converted into ATP, which gives more energy to the cells in the affected area. This promotes faster healing, decreases pain, and reduces swelling and inflammation.
For many of us, meeting our pets for the first time is our favorite hello, and letting go of them is our hardest goodbye. Our team does everything possible to make this a peaceful process for you and your pet. We will treat your pet with compassion, understanding, and care.
